Visual Arts (AFA) Two-Year Plan

The Associate of Fine Arts degree in Visual Arts is designed for transfer to the Fine Arts bachelor’s degree at all Arizona public universities. The program gives students a strong foundation in visual composition and art history and prepares them to continue their fine arts education in drawing, painting, photography, ceramics, or sculpture.

Requirements differ significantly among state universities: it is strongly advised that students meet with an academic advisor to discuss degree requirements at their intended university and consult the CCC Pathways for guidance.
