  • Access to internet and a wide array of software
  • General assistance with technology
  • Laser printers, image scanners, and more

Students are required to adhere to Coconino Community College’s computer usage policy.

myCCC Student Portal

myCCC is a web portal where students can access a variety of tools to manage their student experience at Coconino Community College. Students will be able to connect to Canvas, Self Service Banner, and Gmail (Student Email) using a single sign on with their Comet ID and password.

Additional Help

If you need any additional assistance with any of these services, contact the CCC ITS Help Desk at 928-226-4357, or its.helpdesk@coconino.edu.

LIBRARY SERVICES

CCC Library Services supports students in three main ways: an online library with millions of resources, access to NAU’s Cline Library, and research help from the CCC Librarian.

The CCC Librarian, located at the Lone Tree campus, is happy to answer questions about finding, evaluating and using information-you make an appointment on the library website or call 928-226-4369. Here are some of the library services you can use:

  • Access online databases and eBooks using your Comet ID and password from any internet-connected device.
  • Request or check out materials through Cline Library, including books, media, and articles from other libraries worldwide.
  • Use a laptop, computer, or study room at Cline Library, and get help from their librarians through the Ask a Librarian chat service.
  • Review the Research Guides on the CCC library web page to learn more about citation styles and research for courses.
  • View course reserve materials in the Student Center.
  • Meet with the Library and Learning Resources Coordinator for customized research assistance.

Using the library saves you time: our resources connect you directly to peer reviewed articles, scholarly books, and other authoritative sources that are essential to college work. The CCC online library has tools to help you easily cite and organize trusted sources, find and narrow a research topic, and much more.

Although CCC does not have a physical library, we do have a librarian who can help with all of these resources. Additionally, CCC students have full access to Northern Arizona University’s Cline Library, as well as other state and community libraries:

  • Flagstaff City-Coconino County Public Library
  • Page Public Library
  • Williams Public Library
  • Grand Canyon Community Library
  • Arizona State Library - Online Databases

ONLINE/FLEXIBLE LEARNING

Many in-person and online instructors utilize the Canvas Learning Management System.

Canvas

The Canvas LMS allows professors to post grades, announcements, and assignments online.

To login to Canvas, login through the myCCC Portal: https://myccc.coconino.edu. Once signed in, choose: “Online Courses” in the Quick Launch menu. You can also access Canvas directly by going to https://coconino.instructure.com Visit the Canvas Student Resource Center for information and tutorials on how to use Canvas: https://coconino.instructure.com/courses/923533

Zoom Courses

Online CCC courses are delivered through the Zoom video conferencing tool. This program allows instructors to conduct classes online through a desktop client or a mobile app using video and microphone technology. Students may join a Zoom class anywhere with their smartphone, tablet, or computer with an active internet connection.

If you are in a hybrid (online and in-person) class at an “originating” site, the instructor will be in your classroom. If you run into technical difficulties with your Zoom course, contact the CCC ITS Help Desk at 928-226-4357 or email at: its.helpdesk@coconino.edu.

ACCESSING GRADES

Banner Self-Service

All final grades are posted in Banner Self-Service at the end of each semester.  Student can access final grades, unofficial transcripts, cumulative GPA, and past and their academic standing by logging in to self-service with their CCC login credentials.

Degree Works

Students can also view grades within the Degree Works degree audit system.  Within Degree Works, students can see how those grades/earned credits apply toward degree/certificate completion.  Degree Works accounts for transferred credit, completed CCC coursework, and in-progress and pre-registered CCC coursework.
