ART 294 - Watercolor III

Lecture: One lecture.
Lab: Five lab.
An advanced course in watercolor painting with increased opportunity for development of individual style through traditional and experimental techniques.
Course Outcomes:
Students will be able to:
- use advanced watercolor painting techniques including, but not limited to loose washes and spontaneous brush work;
- utilize advanced watercolor painting materials including, but not limited to collage, resists, inks and other mixed media materials;
- and apply improvisational techniques in the painting process.
Prerequisite(s): ART 195
Grading Option: May be taken for S/U credit.
