BUS 213 - Small Business Management Credits: 3 Lecture: Three lecture. Students will learn the fundamentals of starting and operating a successful business. Studies will include business objectives, operational procedures, financing, legal organizations, feasibility studies, and marketing.
Course Outcomes: Students will be able to:
- practice problem solving techniques;
- develop and use business vocabulary;
- explain the structure of American business;
- understand how business is financed for growth and development;
- describe the management and organizational processes which allow business to be successful;
- develop a feasibility study.
