AIT 100 - Industrial Safety

Lab: Three lab.
Introductory course in workplace safety training, including an overview of critical safety policies, procedures, and practices that help prevent injuries and keep the workplace safe and productive.
Course Outcomes:
Students will be able to:
1. demonstrate understanding and adhere to all of the safety, health, and environmental;
rules and regulations to avoid workplace injury and maximize machine productivity.
2. demonstrate ethical behavior and industry professional standards;
3. practice effective oral and written communication;
4. achieve common goals through effective collaboration.
