This course examines the operational functions, safety requirements, and legal responsibilities involved in managing campground and outdoor hospitality properties. Students will explore risk mitigation strategies, regulatory compliance, property maintenance systems, and health and safety standards tailored to outdoor lodging environments. Emphasis is placed on creating a safe, well-maintained, and legally compliant operation that enhances guest satisfaction and protects the business.
