HRM 222 - Outdoor Hospitality Services and Amenities

This course explores the design, delivery, and management of recreation programs, events, retail operations, and ancillary services in the outdoor hospitality industry. Students will examine guest experience expectations, revenue generation strategies, and operational best practices for campgrounds, RV parks, and outdoor resorts. Emphasis is placed on innovative programming, safety and accessibility, effective merchandising, and leveraging amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
