AUT 110 - Electrical and Electronic Systems Credits: 3 Lab/Lecture: Two lecture. Two lab.
A study of automotive electrical and electronic systems used on light and medium duty vehicles.Topics include principles of electrical/electronic. Systems, general electrical system diagnosis, battery diagnosis and service, and charging system and repair. Course Outcomes: Students will be able to:
- explain basic principles of automotive electrical and electronic systems used on light and medium duty vehicles;
- demonstrate safety procedures while working on the electrical system of an automobile;
- perform the proper procedures used to test, diagnose and repair electrical and computer systems.
Pre/Corequisite(s): AUT 100 . Grading Option: May be taken for S/U credit.
