Program Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:

      1. explain the obligations of workers, supervisors and managers to ensure a safe work place;

      2. demonstrate the proper use of ladders, scaffolding, and hand and power tool safety;

      3. perform basic mathematic calculation for the construction industry;

      4. interpret blue prints and schematics used in the electrical industry;

      5. develop an understanding of electrical distribution systems and equipment grounding;

      6. identify the proper hardware and materials to be used for electrical equipment installation.
